Return Policy

Return Window

All items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your account and navigate to Order History.
Select the order and items you wish to return.
Choose your reason for the return and submit the request.
You will receive a confirmation email with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for all orders within India.
A prepaid return label will be included with your return confirmation.
Please use the original packaging or a secure box to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
We recommend placing the new order immediately to ensure availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photographs of the damage and your order number in your email to support@wantraw.com.
We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
